Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once your cancellation request is processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that cancellations cannot be processed after your order has entered the shipping process. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately after placing your order.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or are not in their original condition may be denied a refund or may be subject to a restocking fee at our discretion.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number may not be processed. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds

Upon approval of your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card company as processing times may vary. If you still have not received your refund after this period, please contact us with your order details and we will investigate the matter promptly. We may require additional information to process your inquiry, such as proof of purchase or bank statements showing the original transaction.
